I just heard about the Pig Out BBQ last Tuesday from a business associate and decided to make the trip to Plymouth, CT to try it out. We picked up two friends (one from Texas) and checked out the BBQ. All I can say is "WOW!". My Texas friend was far from disappointed. He and his wife had already eaten dinner earlier that evening, but the food was so good, they ate another dinner, plus the extras that one of the owners brought us. We liked the quality of the smoked meats, the Hog Wash beer, the sauces (Doomsday) and the portions. But the best is the staff of the Pig Out BBQ. Head on out to Plymouth on Route 6.
